Here’s why perfectionism isn’t needed to be successful in franchising.
“Frozen” is great … if you’re an animated film.
If you work for Disney, “Frozen” is great. But if your perfectionism leads you to freeze when faced with real-life decisions, you’ll never get business off the ground. You have help
One of the best things about running a franchise is that you don’t do it alone. Your franchisor has done a ton of the legwork for you. They know the in’s and out’s of the business – what works and what doesn’t. You can rely on them for sound advice, including how to hire others to help make your franchise excellent (if not perfect)!
